Customer Service and CX Lessons from Three Iconic Brands

I’ve talked and written about the differences between customer support and the purchaser’s enjoyment, also known as CX. It’s their focus on the whole experience that sets them apart. Just commencing the field of an Apple product is a terrific consumer revel in.

Ace Hardware: I love this organization so much that I featured them for a whole ebook. This is one of America’s most iconic manufacturers. In recThey’vegone head to head with massive field shops. In recent years, they have entered a metropolis and built a shop just down the street, often directly next door.

You notice that customer service and experience are associated standards but differ. In the classic “a square is a rectangle, but a rectangle is not a square” situation, customer service is a part of the consumer revel, but the latter encompasses much more. And you want each to be successful. Your product can be the first-rate product globally, and your customer service may be high-quality or even right.
