The restructure comes after 21 years of enterprise from MRK III, an acronym for Matthew Helmick, Roy Helmick, and Kevin Smith. The “R,” Roy Helmick, is stepping into the subsequent segment of retirement lifestyles. But the younger Helmick and Smith are sporting offerings within the vicinity with construction, lawn care, snow elimination, and general upkeep.
Smith’s enterprise, Renew Home Services, LLC, and Matthew Helmick’s, Helmick Construction and Maintenance, could be going for walks full steam this month. While out of the one agency, two were born, and the two new entities will hold onto paintings on projects as needed. The offerings that those startups may be concerned about include new domestic production, additions, reworking, roofing, siding, window, and door set up and replacement, deck construction, painting, exterior staining, plumbing, domestic maintenance, and care together with those surprising emergencies that pop up for homeowners and groups.
MKIII seasonal work may also be divided between the two businesses, with Helmick coping with lawn care and landscaping work, while Smith will take care of snow removal during the winter months.
